ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Love Letter to Lebanon is an immersive multi-sensory, multi-disciplinary workshop inviting participants to compose their personal note of adoration via movement, text, and visual imagery that will  merge into a collective embrace of Libnan together in community.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

SHARON MANSUR is a Lebanese American dance and interdisciplinary artist,  curator, educator, and community mover and shaker based in Winona, Mni Sota  Makoce/MN, Dakota land. A facilitator of people, spaces and imagination,  Mansur’s creative practice integrates movement crafting, improvisation,  somatics, site responsive actions, grassroots artivism, and interdisciplinary  collaborations. Ongoing curiosities include: Arab/SWANA identity, in  betweenness, subtle intimacies between human and environmental bodies, and  art as a catalyst for healing and transformation.
